A parenting decision brought us to the hills of Magliano-in-Toscana (GR) in 1999. Two dogs, several cats, a horse, many happy chickens, some turkeys and a few years after, we decided to introduce our Poggiagliolmi family oil to the world. Harvested early to avoid having to spray any pesticides, planting fewer trees and further apart to avoid any need for artificial fertilization unfortunately means a lot less of the wonderful stuff! The signature "sting in the throat" and green clear Poggiagliolmi oil is high in anti-oxidants and chlorophyll and is well loved and appreciated by an ever increasing market since we launched it commercially in 2010.
