Watching the skies. Waiting for the right moment to harvest. Olives are still busy producing oil, good wonderful delicious oil. Happy and healthy. we have to listen to Mother Nature, not rush it, and let her work her magic. Many are talking about climate change these days, the farmer feels it most. Seasons are changing, moving along the timeline. We just let her do her work.
