The real price of going organic

Today I realised the real price of going organic. When you decide to really go with Mother Nature and let her take charge, when you decide to have Zero Intervention -  let the rains be the irrigation, not over fertilise to drive the trees to increase production, not to overcome with pesticides and risk it getting into the food cycle... ..you run the risk of not having any harvest. It hurts. A whole year waiting for that singular harvest lost.  But when you are rewarded the next year with a good harvest, you’d better take full advantage of it. We will come back stronger. But for now, we rest.
