Preparing for Winter

 It's never quiet at the farm. Whilst awaiting harvest of olives next week I decided to take on the harvest from the vegetable patch. Have been drying the chilli crop under the sun slowly for months. In adition to the dried aromatic  herbs that are in abundance in the summer - oregano, thyme, mint, fennel, rosemary - have also dried some in readiness for the winter  Just spent the whole day mixing them in different combinations. These will be the base for many delicious meals ahead 😍
